How you understand and expect human behavior to become ideal when it comes to organization?

Our behavior becomes ideal in our organizations when we know what are our capability in the organization and what are the things we can do. At the same time, know our limitations. How our work affects our behavior, and how we handle it. Also, if we know how to have a good relationship between the leader and the members of an organization.

What is Human Resource Management

For me Human Resource Management is the function of one or more people in an organization. It deals with the behavior we have in issues related to work. How we deal with people around us, how to manage our organization or people. In short, HRM means we need to engaged with people in terms of work, develop their capabilities and to have a good relationship between them; and also it tackles on how we manage our behavior when problem comes.

Personal Profile

I am Deserie L. Galarde, taking up Bachelor of Science in information System. I am 17 years old. As of now, I am engaged in organizations like Kabataan Bantay Kalikasan in which we have activities to be done and wherein  our teamwork and cooperation are tested. I always choose as a leader of a group wherein I lead them to do our activities in order to have a successful output. I divide the task to be done and assign them to my members. If one of my member did something wrong, I did not blame him, instead, I will explain it to him and let him do it again for the 2nd time. I can say that I am patient, kind and cheerful when it comes to my members so that we have a good relationship. But when we have our work, we tend to be serious so that we can finish our work successfully. Although sometimes my behavior changes because of some factors like nervousness, and sometimes I easily get irritates that's why I ignore them. But I do my best to more patient so that we dont have a quarrel or misundersanding between our group.
